Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Part-time available!)


1. Job Title and Description

Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

This position provides administrative and operational support to the real estate team, assisting with coordination, documentation, and communication between the U.S. office and the Japan headquarters.

No real estate license required — a great opportunity for someone interested in the fast-growing real estate industry in Dallas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the real estate management team
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing related to property operations
  • Coordinate meetings, video conferences, and communication with Japan headquarters
  • Support accounting and expense processing tasks as needed
  • Prepare simple reports and translate documents (English ↔ Japanese)
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and other office support duties
  • Assist with research or property-related documentation under manager supervision

Work Environment:

Primarily office-based. Occasional remote work may be allowed with prior approval.


2. Required Qualifications

  • Language: Native-level Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) required for frequent communication with Japan HQ
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (any field)
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of administrative or office work experience

3. Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail
  • Industry Experience: Experience in real estate, property management, or general business administration is a plus

4. Location and Travel Requirements

  • Primary Location: Plano, TX
  • Travel: Minimal; occasional local errands or office-related visits
