Job Function:

Provide technical support for paint processes, quality, and new product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain paint process parameters
  • Support color development, testing, and approvals
  • Troubleshoot paint defects and quality issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Engineering or technical background
  • Paint/coating process experience preferred
