Position Overview

We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow and support midwest customer base for power management IC solutions used in battery-powered designs. This role blends new business development with ongoing account management—ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, translating technical value into customer outcomes, and staying close to the market through distributor and OEM partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Own regional sales activity across the midwest, independently and alongside distribution partners
  • Promote power management IC products to customers and drive adoption of new solutions
  • Generate new leads and develop opportunities to meet revenue and profit goals
  • Document customer meetings (notes, action items, next steps) and coordinate follow-through
  • Maintain and update CRM for all active opportunities and customer interactions
  • Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue trends, and adjust plans to stay on target
  • Ensure new product introductions are executed with customers and distributors
  • Deliver product training sessions for distribution partners on a recurring basis
  • Attend trade shows and relevant industry events to build pipeline and visibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical degree/experience)
  • 5+ years of semiconductor sales experience
  • Familiarity with OEM customers and sales cycles in the electrical/semiconductor space
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to build trust quickly
  • Able to align priorities across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Interest in technology and value-based selling / market engagement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
