Our client, a food manufacturing company is seeking an Inside Sales / E-commerce & SNS Coordinator to support daily sales operations and online business activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing updates, and advertisement adjustments
Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts
Product listings and updates
Order-related support and packing coordination
Customer complaint handling
Support Shopify operations
Assist with SNS (social media) posting and content management based on provided materials
Perform basic QuickBooks (QB) tasks, such as invoice creation and sales order entry
Support inside sales and related administrative tasks
