Title: Inside Sales

Location: San Diego, California

Salary: $55K /year (DOE)

Bilingual in Japanese is beneficial, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle product inquiries via web and email, providing datasheets, compliance declarations, and technical documentation.
• Support sales by preparing documents, managing sample orders in ERP systems, and tracking delivery schedules.
• Coordinate RFQ activities: retrieve quotes, validate part numbers, maintain quote records, and update pricing databases.
• Assist in managing customer master records, price changes, and part number cross-references.
• Work closely with customer service teams to resolve blocked orders and intake errors.
• Process and manage urgent sample orders including inventory tracking and logistics.
• Maintain procedure documentation and assist with other projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking under minimal supervision.
