Job Title: Program Manager, Strategic Investments and Venture Partnerships

Salary: Contract period (6 months): up to $100K/year

Post-conversion (permanent): $150K–$180K/year

Overview:

Join a global innovation team driving technology partnerships and investments in next-generation mobility, sustainability, and energy. In this role, you will collaborate with startups, VC firms, and entrepreneurs—primarily across the West Coast—to identify and evaluate new venture opportunities aligned with our strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities that align with corporate innovation priorities.
• Conduct due diligence on potential deals, including financial, market, and technical assessments.
• Present weekly investment proposals and insights to internal leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, startups, accelerators, and corporate partners.
• Support strategic collaborations between the company and external startups in the mobility, energy, and climate tech domains.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) or Venture Capital (VC).
• Strong technical background (Must have degree in Engineering or Science).
• Proven track record in sourcing and executing early-stage investments (Seed, Series A, Series B).
• Existing VC/startup network in the Bay Area.
• Expertise or strong interest in one or more of the following domains: Connected/Autonomous/Shared/Electric (CASE) mobility, energy, or climate technology.
• Passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
