Our client is looking for a Corporate Recruiter! The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing all aspects of hiring within the company. This includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to support new and existing store operations. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth recruitment processes and coordination with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Post job openings on platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, and the company website
Screen resumes and schedule interviews (phone/in-person)
Coordinate background checks and onboarding
Prepare recruiting reports and maintain employee records
Conduct competitor research and assist with job fairs
Arrange travel and process related expense reports
Communicate effectively with internal teams and management
Occasional business trips required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong multitasking, communication, and organization skills
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
