Base : $180-230K

Location : Santa Fe Springs CA

We are seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, business development, customer success, and partnerships. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will drive growth strategies that expand our national footprint and strengthen our position in the U.S. market.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Strategy & Growth: Design and execute revenue strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Drive Sales Excellence: Oversee national sales operations, build scalable processes, and cultivate a high-performance culture.
  • Build the Brand: Strengthen brand equity and product awareness with innovative, consumer-focused campaigns.
  • Forge Partnerships: Develop high-impact alliances with retailers, distributors, and foodservice partners.
  • Champion Customer Success: Ensure top-tier customer experiences to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead Teams: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a diverse, high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in the U.S. food industry.
  • Proven success scaling national brands and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels; strong industry relationships a plus.
  • Experience in global or international organizations; familiarity with Japan or Asia-based HQs a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
