We are seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to support import/export operations and serve as a key customer representative. This role manages daily sales administration, order coordination, logistics, and communication with customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
Support accounting and sales administration (A/R oversight, order approval, reporting).
Develop and maintain customer relationships; assist with order acquisition and pricing.
Coordinate the full order cycle from quotation to delivery and payment collection.
Conduct basic market and product research.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
Handle negotiations, contract preparation, and supplier coordination.
Manage order entry, logistics scheduling, and shipping arrangements.
