A manufacturer of industrial Machinery (Welders, Welding Guns) is looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Position: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Onsite)

Hiring: Direct hire

Hours:20-30 hours per week (4-5 hours a day, 5 days a week. or 8hours a day, 3-4 days a week etc.)

Pay: $22/hour

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support within a professional office environment. This part-time, onsite role supports office operations, events, and cross-functional administrative needs, working closely with senior administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office and kitchen supplies and maintain organized workspaces
  • Answer and route inbound phone calls; greet scheduled visitors professionally
  • Enter and maintain daily attendance records
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for visitors
  • Support office events, catering, and annual trade show preparation
  • Assist with housing arrangements for new expatriates
  • Prepare outbound shipments and mailings
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Provide administrative support across office, HR, and marketing functions, including facilities, insurance, corporate vehicles, IT-related projects, visas, training, and marketing materials as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma with 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and professional demeanor

Work Conditions

  • Part-time: 20–30 hours per week
  • Core availability required between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM
  • Onsite position (no remote work)
