Position Summary

Our client, a Japanese company, is seeking a Sales responsible for the sales and account management of industrial equipment that require technical knowledge.

This position involves developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, negotiating with customers and suppliers, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve company sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
• Manage existing customers and develop new business opportunities
• Communicate with customers (English) and suppliers/headquarters (Japanese)
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and related sales documentation
• Coordinate shipments, delivery schedules, and inventory
• Participate in trade shows and promotional events
• Provide technical and administrative support to customers
• Conduct risk management and report key issues to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of sales experience with industrial equipment
• Business-level English; Japanese preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Able to travel domestically and internationally
