Base Salary: $113k ~ $130k DOE

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent; or combination of education and experience.
- 7–10 years of related sales/account management experience.
- Strong skills in analysis, negotiation, planning, presentation, problem-solving, and time management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems.
- Must be able to travel frequently by air and car.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
- Japanese and English bilingual required.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales quotas by managing territory, developing new business, and maintaining existing accounts.
- Travel within assigned territory to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and pursue business opportunities.
- Research prospective customers and market conditions, prepare presentations, and support product positioning.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including handling inquiries, complaints, and collections.
- Manage account orders: process purchase orders, confirm pricing and shipping schedules, and monitor inventory.
- Conduct competitor research and provide insights for product/service development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
