Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Work Location: Vernon, CA -On-site

Pay: $25.00–$27.00/hour　DOE

Start Date: Immediate availability preferred

Position Summary

A well-established company is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join its team.

This position is primarily responsible for delivering products to customers using a company vehicle, while also supporting general warehouse operations as needed.

The ideal candidate has prior delivery-driving experience, a clean driving record, strong customer-service skills, and a cooperative attitude. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for future advancement into a warehouse leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery / Driving

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers on schedule
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Verify customer orders before departure and upon delivery
• Obtain required customer signatures, payments, or product returns
• Load and unload products safely and accurately
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
• Follow scheduled delivery appointments and maintain timely service
• Remain patient and professional during extended wait times at customer locations

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders
• Verify products against packing lists and shipping documents
• Load and unload freight safely
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse aisles and work areas
• Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties
• Support the Warehouse Manager and team as needed

Qualifications

• Valid Class C Driver’s License
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with minimal moving violations or accidents
• Previous delivery-driving experience required
• Box truck or similar company vehicle experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Spanish is preferred, Japanese is a big plus, but not required
• Ability to safely lift approximately 30–40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Reliable, responsible, patient, and safety-conscious
• Willingness to assist with warehouse duties as needed
• Ability to remain professional when facing delays or challenging delivery situations
• Interest in long-term employment and future growth opportunities
