A global Japanese company in Plano, TX is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Administrative Assistant / Executive Support to join its team.
This position provides day-to-day administrative support to the President and management team while assisting with communication and coordination between the U.S. office and Japan headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and general administrative matters
Coordinate meetings and assist with preparing meeting minutes
Support communication and coordination between the U.S. office and Japan headquarters
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
Organize and maintain records and confidential documents
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the President and management team
Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts as needed
Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications
Previous professional experience in an office environment
Business-level Japanese and English required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Professional and able to handle confidential information appropriately
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different teams and levels of management
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as you grow in the role
Preferred
Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar role
Experience supporting managers or senior-level team members
Experience working in a Japanese, international, or multicultural business environment
Experience communicating or coordinating with teams in Japan
