About the Company

A well-established global manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service / Supply Chain Coordinator to support end-to-end order management and customer service operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment while collaborating with customers, logistics providers, manufacturing sites, and internal teams.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing the complete order-to-cash process, ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment, invoice accuracy, and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support supply chain operations, resolve order issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from order entry through invoicing and delivery.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing while supporting On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales teams, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and logistics providers.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ERP system issues affecting order processing, shipments, or invoicing.
  • Coordinate electronic customer orders (EDI) and maintain accurate customer master data.
  • Prepare commercial and proforma invoices for international shipments, including Letters of Credit, bank drafts, and advance payment transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with Incoterms, pricing policies, and customer order requirements.
  • Coordinate customs documentation and shipping paperwork in compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations.
  • Collaborate with multiple distribution centers and manufacturing sites to optimize shipment planning.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain organization.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Order Management.
  • Experience supporting B2B, retail, and customer fulfillment operations.
  • Working knowledge of logistics, distribution, and supply chain processes.
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information professionally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar ERP systems.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) customer service or supply chain experience.
  • Experience supporting international shipping, import/export documentation, or customs compliance.
