Employment Type: Full-Time
Work syle: 100% onsite until at least 90 days. Then, allowed to work from home based on manager approval, usually one day per week.
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to support daily operations, documentation, and customer service activities within the Parts Department. This role focuses on administrative support, data management, process improvement, and ensuring a high level of service for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Handle administrative tasks (phone/email, filing, document preparation)
Maintain employee schedules and support project coordination
Assist with technical documents, maintenance procedures, and SOP updates
Manage and update data in spreadsheets and internal systems with accuracy
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
Monitor customer interactions, ensuring service quality and satisfaction
Support training initiatives and standard service procedures
Prepare reports and recommend process improvements
Collaborate with sales and service teams to provide guidance and support
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
3+ years of experience in data management or administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Being able to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds and performing physical tasks. (occasional)
