Responsibilities
Support safety compliance within a testing lab environment
Conduct safety audits and maintain safety procedures
Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
Train and coach lab personnel on safety practices
Maintain safety records, documentation, and operating procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company and quality standards
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of experience in Safety, EHS, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Lab Operations, or a related field OR a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify hazards and support risk mitigation efforts
Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, testing, or automotive environment
Experience with safety audits, compliance, or quality procedures
