A well-established global B2B organization with a strong international footprint is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive continued growth across North America and adjacent markets.

This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for developing and executing regional sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, and shaping long-term business expansion initiatives.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role in the evolution of the organization and may ultimately assume broader commercial leadership responsibilities, including oversight of marketing and strategic growth functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across North America, including Canada and selected Latin American markets
  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team of approximately 10 professionals
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management, forecasting, and performance optimization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and business partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion initiatives across target markets
  • Collaborate with global leadership and provide regular business updates and strategic recommendations
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to support growth objectives
  • Contribute to broader commercial planning and organizational development efforts

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading and managing a sales organization
  • Business-level fluency in both English and Japanese
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the United States
  • Strong leadership, team development, and organizational management capabilities
  • Demonstrated success in business development, sales strategy, and customer relationship management
