Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in multi-unit management (healthcare, retail, or similar industries) or scaling operations
• Proven experience managing P&L and driving growth across multiple locations
• Strong proficiency in AI tools and technology for operational improvement
• Demonstrated ability to standardize processes and scale business operations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills
• Ability to travel as needed to oversee multiple sites
• Ability to work in both strategic and hands-on operational environments

Responsibility

• Lead the expansion and operational transformation of U.S. healthcare operations using AI-driven systems
• Implement technology solutions to automate workflows and improve efficiency across locations
• Oversee post-merger integration (PMI) of acquired clinics and ensure alignment with operational standards
• Standardize processes across multiple sites to ensure scalability and consistent quality
• Build and lead a high-performing, lean team focused on efficiency and results
• Develop and execute strategies for growth, operational excellence, and profitability
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive long-term business objectives
