Job Title: Survey Project Assistant (Temporary)
Location: Primarily Remote (San Francisco or San Mateo CA Office for onboarding/final meetings)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM(Could be flexible)
Duration: Mid-August to Mid-September 2026 (Potential early start in July)
Pay Rate: $22–$25/hour (DOE)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Survey Project Assistant to support a Japanese corporate survey initiative. This temporary position will play a key role in coordinating survey outreach efforts, maintaining communication with participating companies, and providing administrative support throughout the project period.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Organize and maintain survey target company lists and related records
• Conduct outreach to companies via email and phone to encourage survey participation
• Respond to participant inquiries and provide basic support throughout the survey process
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-up communications
• Assist with survey project administration, tracking, and reporting
• Support occasional company visits or meetings, if required
Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable communicating professionally via phone and email
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Japanese language proficiency required
• Previous administrative, customer service, or coordination experience preferred
Additional Information
Training and onboarding support will be provided. This role does not require highly technical experience and is ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal and coordination skills who are looking for a short-term professional opportunity with flexible remote work arrangements.
