Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (overtime, weekend work may be required; compensatory time off available)
Wage: $19–22 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Review shipping documents and submit to Customs Broker
Monitor clearance status with CBP/OGA (FDA, USDA, FWS), follow up directly if needed
Notify customers of delays or holds, and coordinate delivery/pickup schedules
Verify and recondition cargo as necessary (re-icing, re-packing, minor repairs)
Manage warehouse, cooler, and freezer inventory
Communicate with customers, vendors, and overseas/domestic agents
Handle billing, invoices, and file closing in accordance with fee schedules
Provide quotations and maintain competitive rates
Stay updated on import/export regulations and TSA compliance
Qualifications
General knowledge of logistics and import/export regulations
Strong learning attitude, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Effective time management and multitasking abilities
Basic arithmetic skills for conversions and rate calculations
Strong communication skills in English; Japanese bilingual ability is required
