Title: Administrative Assistant -Japanese Bilingual-

Position Status: Long Term Temp (3 Month or longer)

Working Hour: 8AM-5PM (Full-Time) or 12PM-5PM (Part-Time 20-25 hours/week)

Salary: $25-$30/Hr

Work Style: Hybrid ※Training at office

Location : Irvine, CA

Job Summary:

Keep track of employee worktime sheets

Prepare quotes, purchase orders, contracts, invoices and checks

Complete routine tasks such as payroll (SAP), 401K, and accounting operation and other tasks that are assigned

Provide information assigned by General Manager

Make meeting/travel arrangements and workflow submission

Translate documents from English to Japanese

Maintain inventory and order office supplies and services

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.

Prepare collecting data and office documents

Maintain equipment such as computers and office supplies

Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.

Qualification:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills on the phone

Bilingual in English and Japanese with strong verbal and written communication skills

Computer Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Work Experience with SAP or other Payroll System
