🌟 About the Role

As a Sales & Licensing Associate, you’ll drive brand partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns across North America. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with globally recognized virtual talents and leading brands.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new partnership & licensing opportunities
• Create compelling sales pitches and promotional concepts
• Collaborate on content execution (streams, videos, campaigns)
• Manage cross-functional projects across legal, finance, and talent teams
• Support deal negotiation and execution
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, partnerships, or business development
• Experience in entertainment, gaming, or digital media
• Strong project management & stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to translate brand goals into creative campaigns
• Passion for VTubers, anime, or Japanese pop culture

Bonus Points:

• Japanese language skills
• Existing network in marketing agencies or entertainment industry
• Experience working with Japanese IP or licensing

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 – $90,000 base + bonus
• Health Insurance, Simple IRA, PTO, Paid Holidays
• Hybrid work flexibility (with approval)

🕒 Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

(Some evenings/weekends as needed)
