We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Generalist to support a wide range of human resources and office administration functions in a dynamic international business environment. This role will be responsible for HR operations, payroll support, office administration, procurement/logistics coordination, and cross-functional support for engineering and service teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in human resources and office administration
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and employee benefits administration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipment regularly
  • Local travel by car may occasionally be required

Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  • Administer employee benefits programs including 401(k), medical, dental, disability, life insurance, and paid time off
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, compensation, performance management, training, and employee relations
  • Review payroll accuracy and coordinate payroll processing
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding company policies and procedures
  • Assist with investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee relations matters
  • Support immigration coordination and related documentation
  • Prepare employment-related reports, filings, and tax documentation
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate background screenings and customer registration processes for service engineers
  • Assist with employee attendance, overtime, vacation, and sick leave tracking

Office Administration

  • Support daily office operations and administrative workflow improvements
  • Maintain office equipment, supplies, records, and filing systems
  • Assist with accounting-related data entry and reporting
  • Coordinate contracts and vendor services including insurance and corporate service providers
  • Prepare reports and documentation for government and insurance agencies
  • Coordinate activities between departments and support internal communication
  • Interpret and apply company policies and applicable regulations
  • Support legal and compliance-related administrative tasks

Procurement & Logistics

  • Assist with procurement, inventory, and logistics operations
  • Coordinate import/export shipments and shipping documentation
  • Receive and send packages and materials
  • Support inventory tracking and purchasing agreement management
  • Communicate with overseas teams regarding product availability and related matters

Additional Duties

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and process efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Maintain professional communication with employees, vendors, and customers
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
