Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in office administration, operations coordination, or a related role.
Strong ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred.
Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, shipping, freight coordination, or procurement processes preferred.
Prior experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or technical teams preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
