Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: San Francisco Bay Area CA (Hybrid)

***During the initial training period, daily on-site attendance is required.

Pay Rate: $28–$32/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support daily human resources operations at a global company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating processes, and supporting employees in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth and accurate HR administration.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position requiring occasional on-site work as needed. During the initial training period, you will be expected to work on-site.

 

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Support

  • Input and maintain payroll data in HR systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Assist with payroll reporting and documentation
  • Coordinate with external vendors when necessary

Benefits Administration

  • Update and maintain employee benefits records (enrollments, changes, terminations)
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed

Recruitment Coordination

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and agencies
  • Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment records
  • Support onboarding and new hire documentation

HR Data & Administrative Support

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure proper filing and compliance with company policies
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with HR projects

 

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Additional Information
