Build Your Career Managing Complex Construction Projects

An international construction and project management firm is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, and mission-critical construction projects across the United States.

This role is ideal for experienced Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and early-career Project Managers looking to expand their project leadership responsibilities while working alongside experienced project and construction management professionals.

The Project Manager will support project execution from preconstruction through completion, coordinating project teams, consultants, contractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation to ensure successful project delivery.

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA

Travel: Regular travel throughout the United States required

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction industry experience

• Experience supporting commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, or mission-critical construction projects

• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation

• Understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager experience

• Experience with procurement or contract administration

• Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or industrial project experience

• Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
