We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to join a growing team in the sports-related industry (golf products).

Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and retail partners
Manage the full sales cycle, including responding to RFQs, negotiations, and closing deals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
Monitor and manage customer orders, delivery schedules, and inquiries
Achieve sales targets aligned with business strategies
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports
Marketing Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing strategies, including product positioning and promotional campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Support product launches and lifecycle management with market insights
Coordinate the development of marketing materials and promotional tools
Plan and support events such as trade shows, demo days, and promotional activities
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Track and report marketing performance using KPIs
Additional Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain necessary documentation in compliance with company standards
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Proven experience in sales (industry experience is a plus, but not required)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Ability to analyze data and make business-driven decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Business-level English proficiency
