We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support trading and logistics operations. This role focuses on providing day-to-day operational support, including shipment coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Support coordination of domestic and international shipments
Prepare and process shipping and related documents
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding orders and shipments
Assist with order tracking and data updates
Assist with invoicing and basic accounting-related tasks
Support inventory tracking and shipment status updates
Maintain and input data using internal systems and Excel
Assist with monthly reporting tasks
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, trading, sales support, or administrative support REQUIRED
Support-level experience is acceptable (no need for full ownership experience)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and follow established processes
Professional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of accounting (invoicing, AR/AP support, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions; VLOOKUP is a plus)
Japanese language skills are a plus (not required)
Experience working in an international or Japanese business environment is a plus
