Position: Luxury Brand Specialist (Authentication & Sales)

Location: West Hollywood, CA

Industry: Luxury Resale (Startup)

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (shift, weekends included)

Salary: $4,000/month + Bonus

→ After 5 months: $4,200

→ After certification: $4,500–$5,000

Overview

Our Client, a Japanese luxury resale startup is opening a new store in West Hollywood this October.

We are hiring team members to join from the early stage and grow with the business.

All hires will participate in a 3-month training program in Malaysia (July–September) to learn luxury brand knowledge and authentication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Authenticate luxury brand items (condition & authenticity check)
  • Evaluate product value and pricing
  • Purchase and source inventory
  • Support in-store sales and customer service
  • Assist with daily operations (inventory, display, coordination)

Training (Malaysia – 3 months)

  • Brand knowledge (weekly training)
  • Authentication skills (materials, texture, smell, etc.)
  • Pricing and product evaluation
  • Hands-on practice

Requirements

  • Japanese: JLPT N2 or higher
  • English: Expert level
  • Strong interest in luxury brands / fashion
  • Willing to learn and grow in a hands-on role
  • Detail-oriented and organized

Preferred

  • Retail / customer service experience
  • Early-career candidates welcome
