- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our R&D team as a Market Insights & Research Coordinator.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting product development and business strategy by analyzing market trends, coordinating research activities, and improving customer experience through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
Market & Industry Analysis
- Analyze U.S. and global market trends within the beauty and consumer goods industry
- Gather and interpret data from various sources such as POS data, retail sales data, and market reports
- Summarize insights and present findings to internal stakeholders
- Support field research and consumer events to better understand customer behavior
Sales & Business Analytics
- Track and analyze sales performance and shipment trends
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and business strategy
Research Coordination
- Coordinate research activities including surveys, focus groups, and product testing
- Support product development through research and testing initiatives
Customer Experience & Data Support
- Assist with analyzing customer feedback and improving support processes
- Maintain and enhance data systems (e.g., dashboards, reporting tools)
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and operations
R&D and Laboratory Support
- Maintain and organize lab environment and materials
- Manage inventory and product data records
- Support regulatory documentation and internal systems (e.g., SharePoint)
Additional Support
- Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing R&D projects
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Market Research, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience (internships or academic project experience welcome)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Power BI or Power Query is a plus
