Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing (B2B / Metals Industry)
Location: Cerritos, CA
Salary:$150K -$200K
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing with a strong background in the metals, materials, or industrial products industry. This role is responsible for leading the sales organization, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities within a B2B distribution environment.
In addition, you will oversee digital marketing initiatives, including e-commerce and web-based strategies. This is a key leadership position that works closely with executive management and plays a central role in shaping the company’s future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team, including inside and outside sales representatives
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve both short-term revenue goals and long-term business growth
- Expand existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new customers, markets, and sales channels within the metals / industrial sector
- Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives, including e-commerce and online marketing strategies
- Establish and improve sales processes, KPIs, and CRM utilization
- Develop pricing strategies to enhance profitability, particularly for metal products and materials distribution
- Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning and strategic initiatives
- Support business development activities, including evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales management
- Experience in the metals, materials, manufacturing, or industrial products industry is strongly required
- Proven track record of leading and growing a sales organization
- Experience in developing and executing business or growth strategies
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and/or e-commerce
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Business-level Japanese language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience in business development or launching new business initiatives
- Experience working in small to mid-sized company environments
- Strong understanding of metal products, supply chains, and distribution business models
