Job Title: Sales Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to provide support to our sales team and ensure a seamless
customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to
detail, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible
for responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining customer records and ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met
• Providing excellent phone etiquette
• Prompt/timely correspondence
• Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years in customer service experience
•bilingual Korean or Japanese speaking
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Typing speed of 50 wpm
