Japanese trading company is looking for:

Title: Sales Associate (Entry to Mid-level)

Base Salary: 55~75k/year (negotiable)

Work Style: Hybrid is considerable after training

Work Hours: 9am-5pm

Business: Trading (Iron, Steel, Non-Ferrous, etc.)

This role combines account management, supply chain coordination, business development, procurement, and consulting. You will manage the full customer lifecycle—from identifying client needs to sourcing vendors, negotiating pricing, and ensuring successful delivery.

As a Sales Associate, you will take ownership of your accounts end-to-end, operating with a high level of autonomy and accountability. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships and oversee the full order lifecycle

• Identify client needs and source appropriate vendors

• Negotiate pricing and coordinate with suppliers

• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

• Handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel internationally (Mexico, Asia, EU)

Preferred:

• Spanish language proficiency

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, OneNote)

• Familiarity with international measurements and currency conversion
