Japanese Bilingual Administrative & Accounting Coordinator

Location: Norcross, GA

Salary: $45k-$50k

Work Type: Full-time, On-site (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Position Overview

This role blends accounting precision with day-to-day office coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and ownership in their work. You’ll help keep financial operations accurate and the office running smoothly—supporting everything from invoicing and payroll coordination to employee benefits and internal communications. It’s a hands-on position where organization, reliability, and initiative truly shine.


Key Responsibilities

Accounting Functions

  • Manage accounts receivable: invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups
  • Handle accounts payable: vendor invoices, payment scheduling, and records
  • Process employee expenses and reimbursements in line with company policy
  • Perform banking activities, including transactions and monthly reconciliations
  • Record journal entries and maintain accurate bookkeeping in accounting systems
  • Support monthly and year-end closing, including audit preparation
  • Assist with tax-related documentation and filings
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with external providers as needed

Administrative Functions

  • Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep
  • Maintain internal documents, reports, and contract records
  • Support employee benefits administration (enrollment, updates, inquiries)
  • Assist with HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and record updates
  • Manage front desk duties: greeting visitors, calls, and mail handling
  • Coordinate meetings, materials, and internal events
  • Liaise with external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and update administrative records and lists

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative and/or accounting roles with basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
  • Effective English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with accounting tools such as QuickBooks Online
  • Background in both accounting and general administration
  • Authorization to work in the United States
