Promotion General Manager – Semiconductor / Electronics Industry

📍 Livonia, Michigan (Hybrid – 2 days remote per week) | 💰 $100K – $160K

A global company in the semiconductor and electronic components industry is seeking a Promotion General Manager to lead business expansion in the U.S. market.

This role focuses on driving new business development and expanding relationships with key automotive customers, particularly European automotive Tier 1 suppliers operating in the United States.

You will also lead a small team and play a key role in growing the company’s presence in the automotive electronics market.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Drive promotion and sales of semiconductor and electronic components to existing customers
• Develop new business opportunities with European automotive Tier 1 suppliers in the U.S.
• Expand relationships with strategic customers in the automotive sector
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 6 members
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share
• Collaborate with global teams to align product and market strategies

🔹 Qualifications

✔ 5+ years of experience in new business development or sales

✔ Expert-level English proficiency

✔ Strong track record of developing new clients and growing business

⭐ Preferred

• Experience selling to European automotive Tier 1 suppliers (e.g., Aptiv, Bosch, etc.)
• Background in semiconductors or electronic components
• Leadership or team management experience

💰 Compensation

Base Salary: $100,000 – $160,000 (depending on experience)
