Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Credit Analyst to support Business-to-Business credit operations across North America. This role focuses on evaluating customer creditworthiness, analyzing financial data, and supporting sound lending and leasing decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative office environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct credit investigations and analyze financial information related to loans and leases
  • Review financial statements, credit bureau reports, and industry data to assess risk
  • Analyze financial conditions, trends, and key ratios
  • Prepare clear summaries and recommendations regarding creditworthiness
  • Maintain complete and accurate credit files, including financial statements and agency reports
  • Support enhancements to credit scoring tools and internal decision processes
  • Provide guidance and assistance to team members as needed
  • Collaborate with internal departments on accounts receivable and collections processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in credit risk, underwriting, or financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and ratio analysis
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Dynamics AX and Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge of UCC-1/PPSA regulations preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role operates primarily in an indoor office setting with standard business hours. The position requires prolonged sitting, frequent computer use, and occasional light lifting.
