Position Overview

Due to business growth, we are creating a new Senior Project Manager position.

This role will lead complex, cross-functional projects in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. In addition to delivering high-impact client projects, you will play a key role in building and shaping the project management function as the organization expands.

You will work closely with global stakeholders, including teams and clients in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for automotive and manufacturing clients
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including overseas stakeholders
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure alignment between client requirements and delivered solutions
• Support proposal development and business growth initiatives
• Contribute to improving and scaling project management processes
• Help develop and mentor future project management team members

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in B2B environments
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• U.S. work authorization (Visa sponsorship not available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with automotive clients (OEM experience is a plus)
• Experience in manufacturing environments
• Experience managing technical, digital, or documentation-related projects
• Experience in growing or evolving organizations
• Interest in AI-enabled or technology-driven solutions
