Job Summary:
This position will handle asset management tasks for multi-family rental properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and underwriting potential acquisition targets for multi-family rental properties.
- Conducting site visits to existing properties and potential acquisition targets.
- Managing property management companies.
- Analyzing weekly/monthly performance of properties.
- Conducting multi-family rental market research.
- Preparing draft asset management reports.
- Attending video conferences with headquarters.
Office Hours: 9am – 6pm (some evening meetings with HQ expected)
Work Environment:
- Primarily office-based, with remote work permitted on a necessary basis with prior manager approval.
2. Required Qualifications
- Language: Native-level Japanese proficiency in writing, reading, and verbal communication is mandatory due to frequent meetings and reports to the parent company.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (no specific field required).
- Experience: At least 5 years of full-time work experience.
3. Preferred Skills and Experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional Certification: Real estate broker or agent license.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills.
- Industry Experience: A few years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably as an asset manager, property manager, or real estate broker/agent (residential or commercial properties).
4. Location and Travel Requirements
- Primary Location: Plano, TX.
- Travel: Local visits to properties in Texas, with occasional national business trips depending on potential acquisition targets.
