全米で店舗展開している日系レストラン（ラーメン・うどん・焼き鳥）にて、店長候補生（チームリーダー）を募集しています！

お客様や、スタッフメンバーとコミュニケーションを取りながら、最高の飲食店をアメリカで作るお仕事です。今までに、店長職として運営をした経験のある方はスキルが活かせ、店長経験がない方でも店舗で経験を積んでいただき、店長・店舗責任者として羽ばたけるポジションです。

タイトル：店長候補（チームリーダー）

就業時間： 月8日休暇（シフト） 基本 週休2日制度

場所： SF/LA/TX/NY （配属先は研修・適正判断の後、経験や能力を考慮の上確定。ご希望のロケーションついてご相談いただけます。）

給与： $70K～120K（Tip他含む）（研修期間有り／経験能力による）

職務内容:

• 日常業務の管理（品質管理、衛生管理、スケジューリング、教育など）
• チームのモチベーションを上げ、組織・運営・売上の目標を達成する
• 目標達成のためのタイムラインの作成と実施
• チームメンバーへの仕事の割り当て
• チームメンバーの指導（製品知識、コミュニケーションスキル等）
• チームの成功を通じて会社の成長に貢献する

応募条件:

• 高校卒業または同等の資格
• 最低3年のレストラン管理経験
• 北ＣＡにて実地訓練あり
• コミュニケーションスキル
• 交渉スキル
• コンピュータリテラシー
• リーダーシップ力
• 現在の食品取扱者カードおよび連邦/州/地方法で要求されるその他の資格
• ラーメンの調理経験および日本食レストランでの経験があると尚良い

A Japanese restaurant chain is looking for a result-driven Team Leader!

You are responsible for monitoring and supervising a restaurant team to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales. Also providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential. To be successful as a Team Leader, you should have a track record of team motivation and positive sales results. Ultimately, a top-notch Team Leader should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with customers, be goal-driven, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently. Team leader reports to the store manager. Ramen, Udon, Shabu Shabu and/or Yakitori preparation and Japanese restaurant experience are a plus.

Title: Team Leader (Manager Trainee)

Working Hours: 8 days off per month (shift-based)

Location: SF/LA/TX/NY (The assignment will be determined after training, considering experience and abilities. You can discuss your preferred location.)

Salary: $70K – $120K (including etc. Tips) (DOE)

・Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.

・Motivating the team to achieve organizational, operational, and sales goals.

・Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

・Delegating tasks to team members.

・Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.

・Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.

Requirements:

・High School Diploma or similar.

・Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience.

・On-the-job training.

・Excellent communication skills.

・Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.

・Computer literate.

・Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.

・Current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law

・Ramen preparation and Japanese restaurant experience are a plus
