A. It really depends on your business type, size, structure, and staffing needs. While setting up the incorporation can be quick, becoming fully operational often takes about a year. We always suggest building in some extra time, as things don’t always go exactly as planned.

A. The most common visas are E-1/E-2 and L-1A/L-1B, but the best option varies depending on the business and the employee’s role. Typically, it takes around six months from setting up your U.S. entity until you can apply, and then another six months from the visa application to the actual assignment.
