Frontline Change Begins with Redefining Leadership

Executive Growth Program

Reevaluating Leadership to Drive Organizational Transformation

In today’s era of constant disruption, sustainable growth begins when leaders themselves transform.

For Japanese executives in the U.S., invisible walls like cultural misunderstandings, trust gaps,
and strategic misalignment often stand in the way of progress.
The Executive Growth Program invites leaders to rebuild their vision and redefine how they lead,
guided by Pasona’s philosophy of “Harness the Potential of the Individual.”
