Position Summary
We are seeking a Japanese-English bilingual coordinator to support residential and corporate relocation services, including customer communication, documentation, and coordination with moving crews.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers in Japanese and English via phone and email.
Prepare and manage moving and shipping documents.
Coordinate schedules, packing, and loading with moving crews.
Ensure smooth relocation operations and customer satisfaction.
Provide general administrative and operational support.
Qualifications
Japanese-English bilingual proficiency required (speaking, reading, and writing).
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to drive cargo vans and work overtime as needed.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy items.
