Warehouse Associate
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $40,000–$45,000/year

A Japanese-affiliated aerospace trading company in Carson, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily receiving, shipping, and inventory-related operations.
This is a hands-on, entry-level position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming products and verify quantities against packing slips
- Inspect received items and report any discrepancies to Customer Service or Sales
- Prepare products for shipment based on picking tickets
- Pack products using appropriate packaging materials
- Coordinate and deliver cargo to freight forwarders
- Operate a forklift for palletized shipments
- Drive a company vehicle as needed
- Use warehouse tools such as scales and calipers
- Support product inspection and general warehouse operations
- Scan, file, and maintain shipping and receiving documents
- Follow company procedures and AS9120 Quality Management System requirements
- Assist other departments as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry-level candidates welcome; 1–3 years of warehouse, receiving, shipping, or logistics experience is preferred
- Ability to read packing slips and shipping/receiving documents
- Forklift operation experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle
- Strong attention to detail, especially when counting and verifying products
- Basic computer and office equipment skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, or pull items weighing up to approximately 50 lbs
- Ability to perform detailed receiving, packing, and inspection work
