We are seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Global IT Analyst to serve as a key liaison between U.S. operations and corporate headquarters in Japan. This role combines IT experience, project coordination, and cross-cultural communication to support global technology initiatives and complex projects involving Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between U.S. teams and Japan headquarters on IT initiatives and projects.
Coordinate complex cross-border projects and communication among business and IT stakeholders.
Analyze business requirements and help identify practical technology solutions.
Bridge cultural, communication, and decision-making differences between U.S. and Japanese teams.
Support global IT, digital transformation, Microsoft 365, cloud, AI, and cybersecurity initiatives.
Provide general IT and end-user support as needed.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5–10 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, IT support, system administration, IT analysis, or related disciplines.
Native-level Japanese is required, with strong professional English communication skills.
Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity, identity management, enterprise applications, and end-user support.
Ability to communicate effectively with Japan-based headquarters, including management and technical teams.
Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects involving Japan and the U.S.
Good understanding of Japanese business culture and communication practices.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
