We are seeking an experienced Applications Engineer to provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for advanced manufacturing equipment, including EDM, machining centers, and 3D metal printers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform test cuts and create reports to support sales activities
Conduct machine demonstrations for customers
Program machines using CAD/CAM software
Provide machine operation training to new customers
Support customers with machine setup, programming, and operation
Troubleshoot machine issues and recommend solutions
Participate in industry trade shows
Qualifications:
5–7 years of hands-on experience with Sinker EDM, Wire EDM, high-speed milling, or 3D additive manufacturing
Experience with machine programming, setup, and operation
CAD/CAM training is preferred
Strong technical problem-solving and customer service skills
Professionalism, integrity, and strong ethical standards
