Lead a High-Performing Service Team Supporting Advanced Semiconductor Equipment
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Services Manager to lead Field Service Engineers supporting cutting-edge semiconductor equipment at a customer site.
This position combines technical leadership, people management, and customer relationship management while ensuring maximum equipment uptime and service excellence.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Field Service Engineers responsible for equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex equipment issues.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring fast response times and high-quality service.
- Develop training plans and support the technical growth of your engineering team.
- Partner with senior leadership to improve operational performance and service quality.
- Manage staffing, maintenance scheduling, and site coverage to meet customer service commitments.
- Oversee spare parts inventory, logistics, and service reporting.
- Monitor budgets, overtime, and operational costs while identifying efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, cleanroom protocols, and company policies.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience servicing semiconductor equipment
- Previous experience leading or supervising technical teams
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience working with semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the U.S.
Technical Experience Preferred

- CD-SEM
- Stepper Systems
- Laser Mask Writers
- Ion Implanters
- High Vacuum Systems
- Ion Pumps
