A Japanese company is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Accounting Support professional to assist with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks in the Brooklyn office.
Responsibilities
Process payments to vendors and other business partners from company bank accounts.
Organize invoices, receipts, and expense documentation.
Prepare and enter accounting information for the external accounting firm.
Provide general administrative support related to accounting operations.
Qualifications
Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Previous administrative or accounting experience is a plus.
