Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (Japanese/English) Sales Representative to support after-sales service for industrial equipment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers in North America, coordinating service activities and ensuring smooth communication between customers and overseas headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage communication with existing customers (primarily battery manufacturers)
Coordinate after-sales service (maintenance, troubleshooting, parts, modifications)
Relay customer needs to headquarters and maintain Installed Base data
Support quotations, billing, and service scheduling
Coordinate with service engineers, partners, and customers
Gather market and customer insights
Assist with service agreement expansion and new inquiries
Support visiting staff (logistics and on-site coordination)
Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
Required
Business-level Japanese and English
Ability to travel (10–20%)
U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship)
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, machinery, or B2B environments
Basic understanding of technical documents
Experience working with Japanese companies or clients
Work Environment
Office-based in Atlanta with travel across the U.S. and Canada
Occasional visits to customer sites (PPE required)
