A highly respected global technology company with over 200 years of history is seeking a dynamic Executive Officer to lead and grow its U.S. operations based in Chicago.

🔹 What You'll Lead

• Strategic business operations across multiple business lines

• Sales and revenue growth initiatives

• Contract manufacturing and operational expansion

• Financial oversight including P&L management

• HR, organizational development, and compliance

• Executive partnerships and new business development

• Engineering and field service operations

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✔ Native or business-level fluency in Japanese and English

✔ Strong executive leadership experience across operations, finance, and sales

✔ Proven P&L management and business growth experience

✔ Experience working with Japanese corporations or global organizations

✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats

✔ Semiconductor, microelectronics, manufacturing, or industrial technology experience is highly preferred
